2KO International is a specialist training company and has been offering Sailing courses and training for a number of years. Our sailing and yachting courses are aimed at ensuring our candidates are trained up to secure the best paying jobs in their field, due to a high level of training and expertise passed on by the instructors. Sailing courses cover everything from beginner to Advanced.

2KO International offers RYA Coastal Skipper, RYA Yacht master and deck Hand courses in Cape Town for Resettlement training. Our courses through OSA are RYA approved.

What will I need to do to validate my license upon return to the UK ?
The RYA skipper’s course is valid in the UK, and is validated by RYA instructors in South Africa
 
What sailing experience do I need to take this course?
No prior experience is necessary.  

What guarantee do I have regarding the standard and quality of training in Cape Town ?
The instructors for this course are the most qualified and experiences instructors in the country, and the yachts used are new and of the highest calibre. The instructors have been ratified by the RYA.  

How long before the start of a course do I need to enrol?
Places are limited and the closer you try to enrol to the starting date the more likely you are to be disappointed. Places are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received and processed.  
What should I bring with me?
You will need to bring a sleeping bag for sleeping on the yacht, and if you have any wet gear bring it along. Otherwise this can be loaned for the month from the yachting academy for £20 per month.
