Computer Animation Course - Our Computer Animation course
is aimed at training people who have
little or no video
and animation skills who wish to pursue a career in
the industry. By the end of two weeks they will have a
good understanding of both the relevant software and
design practices. It will cover best design practices
and for two weeks student will work towards having a portfolio of work to show to prospective
employers. At the end of the course the trainees will
be able to create their portfolio as an online cv.

Pre-requisites: Some graphic experience or attendance of our 1 week
Graphic Design course
This
one week intensive course is designed to provide trainees
who have little or no video and animation experience with
the skill set to pursue a career in the industry. Students
will develop a full understanding of all of the industry
standard technologies: 3D Shockwave, and Director MX 2004 as
well as learn to create their own 3D animations and videos.
In addition to the software training that the course
provides, students will also learn the key job-related areas
of storyboarding, technical issues and theory as well as
video capturing and time-lining clips.
At the
end of the course the students will have developed their own
animation’s portfolio and will receive certificates of
attendance for Macromedia animations design course and will
be in a position to prepare for the Macromedia Certification
Exams.
Director MX 2004: (2
days)
Director is one of the most popular tools for
authoring CD-based multimedia, and it can also be used to
author applications for kiosks or Shockwave media for the
Web.
Creating your own movies and editing existing
quick time movie clips for advertising.
After this course you will be able to edit
and have your own movies taking the world by storm.
Portfolio
(3 days)
I want my portfolio out there! I have learnt
flash, fireworks, Photoshop, Coreldraw, and Director MX
2004. This course enables you to integrate all these
wonderful applications to create your own portfolio
containing your own animations, videos and imagery.
