Course: PRINCE2 ISEB Foundation and Practitioner Certificate in Project Management

PRINCE2 Training, (PRINCE = Projects in Controlled Environments) is a project management method covering the organisation, management and control of projects. PRINCE2 Training was first developed by the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA), now part of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), in 1989 as a UK Government standard for IT project management. PRINCE ® is a registered trademark of the OGC and PRINCE2 is their intellectual property.

PRINCE2 training is the structured project management method from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) that has become UK’s de facto standard for organising, managing and controlling projects and is the best-practice approach for the management of diverse projects. The PRINCE2 method is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of project, and offers an excellent management foundation for any member of staff.

PRINCE2 Foundation covers PRINCE2 basics and terminology.
It can be taken on its own as a standalone course and exam or can be combined with PRINCE2 Practitioner to achieve further accreditation.

If you require PRINCE2 Practitioner certification the cheapest and most effective option is to combine PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner which will lead to a full PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.

Alternatively you can do PRINCE2 Foundation and then a PRINCE2 Practitioner Upgrade at a later date to achieve the same qualification.
