Foundation Certificate in Software Testing
The Foundation certificate in software
testing teaches the delegate to perform
effective testing of software and to have an
awareness of what testing tools can achieve.
It will teach them where to find more
information about testing and to establish
the basic steps of the testing process.
Duration:
3 Full days (excl exam)
Training Style: Class room training
Location: This course is preferably
presented away from the work environment to
ensure that no interruptions are
experienced, but it can also be presented at
a location where no overnight facilities are
required.
Material and Certification: All
material is supplied which include the
official handbook and file with course
material. Attendees are issued with an
international recognised certificate that
depict pass rate. This is a valuable
professional qualification, awarded on the
basis of a one-hour multiple-choice
examination, set, moderated and marked by
the ISEB. The exam can also be written at a
nearby Thomson or VUE test centre.
Prerequisites: Minimum of 6 people
and maximum of 12 people per class (the ISEB
Foundation does not allow more than 12
people to write the exam at a time).
Intended Audience: This course is
relevant to anyone with an interest in
software testing and who would like to gain
a professional international qualification
in software testing from the Information
Systems Examination Board (ISEB).

attendees that are responsible to pay for
