Employment Equity Training in Cape Town and South Africa

The Employment Equity training program / workshop is available in Cape Town as a five day (or less) workshop / training course and is open to all companies looking for this type of training. This course looks at how to create a good environment in the workplace, and how to harness skills of previously disadvantaged people. Understand how SETA funding works as well as the labour law act.

Course Pre-amble

This course is ideal for any company and applies to all employers and workers and protects workers and job seekers from unfair discrimination, also provides a framework for implementing affirmative action. This training is intended to create unification between the employer and employee and includes trade and wage negotiating.
